October 2023. Ethan joins the lab! Max and Allison give poster presentations at Stanford’s Wu Tsai 10th Annual Neurosciences Symposium. Yihe gives a talk at the Neurofeedback seminar.

September 2023. Max and Allison give poster presentations at the Stanford Bio-X symposium.

August 2023. Brittany is awarded a Propel Fellowship from Stanford. Will presents a talk at the European Brain & Behaviour Society meeting in Amsterdam. Angeline presents her poster at the Stanford MCHRI-DRIVE symposium. Haniyyah presents her poster at the NIH Diversity Supplement Professional Development and Networking Workshop.

July 2023. Dr. Brittany Bush joins the lab as a postdoctoral fellow!

June 2023. Will presents a talk in a symposium at the College on Problems of Drug Dependence meeting in Denver, Colorado. Liane is awarded the “Special Recognition Award for Outstanding Psychiatric Research” for her contributions to the lab.

May 2023. Will gives a talk at the Alcoholism and Stress conference in Volterra, Italy. The lab receives grants from the Brain Research Foundation and the McCormick Fellowship award.

April 2023. Haniyyah’s review article is accepted for publication in the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience. Emmalyn starts a rotation with the Giardino lab as a graduate student with the Neurosciences PhD program.

March 2023. Allison passes her qualifying exam!

January 2023. The lab received a pilot grant from the Clinical and Translational Science Awards program of the Stanford Center for Clinical & Translational Research & Education (SPECTRUM). The lab was also awarded a seed grant from the Stanford Center for Sleep and Circadian Sciences (CSCS).

November 2022. The lab attends the annual Society for Neuroscience conference in San Diego, CA, where Yihe presents a poster.

October 2022. Yihe presents a poster at the Stanford Research Park Symposium. Will and Yihe attend the Alcohol and the Nervous System Gordon Research Conference & Symposium in Oxnard, CA, where Yihe presents a poster.
